TriDef Support

Troubleshooting

Please ensure that you have read all the relevant sections of this help relating to setting-up your 3-D Display.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct 3-D Display in the TriDef Control Panel, and that the 3-D Display resolution and refresh rate settings are correct. If the system has multiple displays, use the video driver software to check resolution and refresh rate, rather than the TriDef Control Panel.

Please ensure that you are in the correct viewing position and that the 3-D Display has been correctly calibrated. Review the 3-D Display manufacturer's documentation and also see Managing Cloned Displays.

Please ensure that you eliminate hardware problems such as loose cables or cards.

Please ensure your System meets the Requirements of the TriDef application you are using.

Please visit our FAQ section of our web-site.
