Your AMD graphics card should have automatically been detected and you should not need to follow the instructions below.

Please note that you do not need to use DDD/TriDef software to watch television in 3D - you can do this by following the instructions in your Samsung Owners Guide.

TriDef 3D software will allow you to play games installed on your Windows based PC on your Samsung 3D LED HDTV.

  1. Please ensure your PC meets our system requirements
  2. Ensure you have connected your PC's DVI or HDMI output to the correct HDMI input. Newer HDTVs use HDMI 1, older models may require HDMI 3. If you are connected to the wrong input, you may receive a "Not Available" message when you try to switch into 3D mode
  3. Ensure your Desktop resolution is set to the TVs native resolution as specified in your TVs manual. Click on any of the images below for a larger view
  4. Please ensure your graphics card scaling options are disabled and resizing is off.

Please Note: Different cards and driver versions may have the following the settings in different locations or named differently. If you don't see the same options as those provided in the images below, please refer to the manufacturers documentation

    NVIDIA Graphics Cards

    1. Start -> Control Panel -> NVIDIA Control Panel

  5. You need to update the name of your HDMI1/DVI Input to be PC. Please follow the series of images belowfor step-by-step-instructions.

  6. Please enter 3D mode using your televisions remote control. You need to select the "Checkerboard" mode (second last image on the right)

Set "Manufacturer" to "Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd"
