| How do I download and install TriDef 3D? | |
Please note that TriDef 3D software can only be used on a single PC. Please ensure that you install and activate TriDef 3D on the intended PC only. |

| Why do I receive a TriDef Software Activation dialog when I run TriDef 3D? | |
|
TriDef 3D software must be activated before it can be used. The first time you run TriDef 3D, an activation dialog will appear. You can choose to start a 14 day trial by clicking "Start Trial", or if you have already purchased TriDef 3D, then enter your activation code and click "Activate". If TriDef 3D came bundled with your 3D monitor, or was pre-installed on your 3D notebook/PC, then activation is not usually required. Please note that TriDef 3D software can only be used on a single PC. Please ensure that you install and activate TriDef 3D on the intended PC only. For more details, please see the Activation page. |

| How do I configure TriDef 3D to work with my 3D display? | |

After installation, TriDef 3D Display Setup will be launched. To run TriDef 3D Display Setup again, please select: Start → All Programs → TriDef 3D → Utilities → TriDef 3D Display Setup. TriDef 3D Display Setup should automatically detect your 3D display. If the detected display is correct select "Yes" and follow any additional prompts. If your 3D display is not detected then you must select your 3D display using TriDef 3D Control Panel: Start → All Programs → TriDef 3D → Utilities → TriDef 3D Control Panel. Select your display Manufacturer from the pulldown list, then select the Model. If you cannot find an exact match, then select "(standard display types)" from the Manufacturer list and select the type of display from the Model list.
If you are connecting a HDMI 1.4 3D TV/monitor/projector, and have a compatible AMD graphics card, then select the "AMD" manufacturer and "AMD HD3D Technology (HDMI 1.4a)" model. |
