Exporting A TriDef 3-D Image

You can export a TriDef 3-D Image from Photo Transformer as a PNG or BMP file. This file can be viewed on any compter system which includes the 3-D Display it was created for, using any graphics viewing program in Full Screen mode. If you have a TriDef Photo viewing tool, you can also update the image to view on that display, or simply update the 3-D Settings.

  1. Make sure that the Depth Map has finished updating.

  2. Choose File > Export > TriDef 3-D Image.

    You will see a dialog with all of the current 3-D Settings and Scaling options for this image. You can change any of these now before export.

    TriDef 3-D image can be viewed on a specific 3-D Display even without TriDef Photo viewing software. If the 3-D Display this image is to be viewed on is not the same as the one currently selected in the TriDef Control Panel, choose the new 3-D Display type in the Display menu. This may affect the Crop settings for this image.

  3. Click OK.

  4. Use the dialog that appears to choose the format, name and location for the TriDef 3-D Image file, then click Save.

  5. To view the image you do not require any TriDef software. However, the image must be displayed as Full Screen and cannot be scaled.
