Stereo Multi-view TriDef Photos
Stereo Multi-view TriDef Photos are created by combining a left and right stereo pair. Technically speaking these TriDef Photos can be viewed on any TriDef-supported 3-D Display. In practice however, Stereo Multi-view TriDef Photos do not produce an acceptable result on "multi-viewer" 3-D Displays (for example 4D-Vision and StereoGraphics models).
This poor result occurs because these displays utilise many views of an image (often in the range 7-9). When a TriDef Photo only includes a stereo pair, many viewers will only see primarily two left views or two right views, creating a 2-D effect rather than a 3-D effect as desired.
Stereo Multi-view TriDef Photos are most suited to viewing in anaglyph and interlaced modes, or on any "single viewer" glasses-free 3-D Display which outputs 2-4 views.
Also, remember that Stereo Multi-view TriDef Photos are subject to the same limitation of any other Multi-view TriDef Photo: You cannot adjust 3-D Settings when viewing them.
