TriDef Media Player

Welcome to the world of 3-D Media.

TriDef Media Player by DDD presents 3-D Media on stereoscopic 3-D Displays.

Using Windows Explorer, simply right-click the movie or photo file and select "Play with TriDef Software".

3-D files with the following extensions are directly supported:

  • .TriDefMovie
  • .TriDefPhoto
  • .TriDefPOPvert
  • .jps
  • .iff

3-D files with the following extensions are supported, but must be renamed according to the 3-D File Naming Conventions:

Movies
  • .avi, .avs, .divx, .drv-ms, .hdmov,
  • .m1v, .m2t, .m2ts, .m4p, .m2v,
  • .m4v, .mkv, .mov, .mkv, .mpg, .mpeg
  • .ts, .wmv
Photos
  • .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .tga
  • .tif, .tiff

Please Note: Some media files will not play unless the required codec is installed. Please refer to our codecs section for more information.

TriDef Media Player (Pro) will play 2-D files with the above-mentioned extensions in 3-D using TriDef 2-D to 3-D Conversion technologies.

TriDef Media Player has strict minimum hardware and software requirements to obtain the best performance. The 3-D Displays used to complete the system must be correctly calibrated to obtain the best quality 3-D effect available.
