- Various quality and speed improvements
- Added an "Extreme Quality" option. Turning this on will slightly improve the 2D-to-3D conversion quality, but may have a negative effect on playback performance. Extreme quality is off by default
- Created the "-2d" file naming convention. This forces an item to be displayed in 2D
- Created the "-anaglyph" (or "-ana") file naming convention. This allows a pre-rendered 3D Anaglyph to be displayed on any supported 3D Display
